Financial Administrator

We are looking for an experienced Financial Administrator to provide support to the financial department by managing daily tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions

• Maintain financial records and ensure all financial data is accurate and up to date

• Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

• Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts

• Monitor company expenses and handle petty cash

• Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to resolve invoice or payment issues

• Assist with payroll processing (if required)

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies

• Support internal and external audits

• Drafting and issuing employee contracts and keeping track of leave reports

• Adhoc and Administrative duties


Experience and qualification:

• Diploma in Accounting or related field.

• 1 – 3 years experience in a similar finance or accounting role.

• Experience with bookkeeping and account reconciliations.


Required skills and competencies:

• Strong numerical and analytical skills

• Proficient in Microsoft excel and accounting software (e.g. Sage, QuickBooks, Xero)

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Good organizational and time-management skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
