We’re looking for a highly organised, detail-driven programme and speaker coordinator to support our conference programming and speaker management. This is an admin-heavy, fast-paced role ideal for someone who thrives under pressure, loves logistics, and can chase down the details that make a conference shine.

Key responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and send speaker invitations

  • Follow up with speakers to collect bios, headshots, session info, and presentations

  • Maintain accurate tracking spreadsheets and speaker schedules

  • Manage all speaker logistics including travel, accommodation, and on-site needs

  • Support the curation team with programme updates and documentation

  • Provide on-site support during conferences to ensure speakers are briefed and ready


Requirements:

  • MUST have experience in speaker management for conferences

  • Exceptional admin and follow-up skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace 

  • Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines

  • Comfortable working with high-level professionals and large-scale events

  • Available for travel during key event weeks (travel costs covered)
