Who are we: A leading provider of digital solutions for emerging markets, offering software, platforms, marketing and financial services.

Who are we looking for: A CRM and lifecycle manager to take full ownership of our retention strategy and drive player activity through automated, personalised and data-driven communications and campaigns.

What will you do:
  • Own all our retention channels: SMS, push notifications, in-app messages and more
  • Design and implement automated lifecycle journeys based on player behaviour and segmentation
  • Design campaign strategies for each player segment (new, active, dormant, VIP, etc.), including content, timing and triggers — especially for SMS-based communication
  • Together with the product manager and content marketing manager, work on campaigns
  • Develop and optimise win-back and reactivation strategies
  • Monitor performance using KPIs, run A/B tests and continuously optimise for better results
  • Work closely with acquisition, product, content and customer support teams to ensure a cohesive user experience
What do you need:
  • Two-plus years of hands-on experience in CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing
  • Strong command of marketing automation tools, audience segmentation and campaign flows
  • Experience with marketing campaigns and developing efficient communications
  • Comfortable working with data and performance dashboards
  • Experience in iGaming and/or African markets is a strong plus
  • Ability to manage CRM strategy across multiple regions and market nuances
