Our client is seeking dynamic individuals to join their team as a Insurance Sales Consultants. This role focuses on delivering high-quality direct-to-client service by assessing customer needs and offering relevant short-term insurance products (motor, household, and home). The successful candidate will play a vital role in client acquisition, representing the brand in an outbound telesales environment.

Key responsibilities:- Achieve monthly individual and team sales targets
- Conduct financial needs analysis to provide appropriate product recommendations
- Communicate with clients via phone and email to respond to queries and follow up on outbound calls
- Accurately capture client information and sales processes on internal systems
- Adhere to service level agreements, compliance standards, and sales processes
- Engage effectively with internal stakeholders and contribute to a collaborative team environment
- Ensure compliance with risk, regulatory and procedural requirements
- Display a strong alignment to company’s values and objectives
Qualifications and skills:
Qualifications:- Matric (Grade 12) – Essential
- FAIS-compliant full qualification in Short-Term Insurance – Essential
- RE5 Certificate – Essential
- Class of Business certification – Essential and/or advantageous
- CPD (Continuous Professional Development) credits – Essential and/or advantageous
- Degree – Advantageous
Skills:- Excellent communication skills (fluent in English and/or Afrikaans)
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing ability
- Solid administrative and time management skills
- Good computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly
Experience:- Minimum 2 years’ outbound telesales experience in the short-term insurance industry – Essential

Working Conditions:- Based in Cape Town office
- Office hours with possible extended hours to meet sales targets
