We are seeking a charismatic and driven Sales & Outreach Representative to join our fast-growing tutoring and mentorship company. This role combines in-person school outreach (starting in Parktown, Johannesburg) with remote communication and follow-up, aimed at expanding our client base of high school learners.

You’ll play a key role in introducing students and parents to our premium online tutoring, mentorship, and resource platform, which connects learners to top-performing university students — tutors who have walked the exact path they aspire to follow.

Key responsibilities:

• Attend scheduled school visits and workshops to promote our services, particularly in the Joburg/Parktown area.
• Engage directly with learners, parents, and school staff to present the benefits of our tutoring, mentorship, and exclusive academic resources.
• Follow up on leads via WhatsApp, email, or phone to convert interest into sign-ups.
• Accurately track leads, conversions, and engagement feedback.
• Collaborate with the marketing and tutoring teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for clients.
• Represent the company professionally and enthusiastically during all in-person and digital interactions.
• Run relevant social media pages 

Requirements

• Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Confidence and professionalism in both school settings and online follow-ups.
• Self-motivated, organised, and results-driven.
• Based in Johannesburg, with reliable transport for in-person school visits.
• Matric required. University students and recent graduates are welcome.
• Experience in sales and education, youth mentorship is a plus.
• Must have a drivers license and reliable transportation.
