Junior Personal Assistant

Position Overview:

We are looking for a conscientious and motivated Junior Personal Assistant to support our Director and contribute to the day-to-day operations of the agency. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to grow in a dynamic, creative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Website content management and updates
• Managing email inboxes and correspondence
• Assisting with project coordination and timelines
• Writing proposals and support documents
• Copywriting for websites, blogs, and articles
• Working directly with our director on tasks and projects

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
• Interest in marketing, content creation, or digital media is a plus
