We are looking for a Store Manager to lead one of our most high-performing locations. The ideal candidate is highly organised, confident in managing a large team, and thrives in a fast-paced luxury retail environment. This is a hands-on leadership role where policy, standards, and results matter.

What we’re looking for:

We are looking for a serious, committed professional who is ready to lead with excellence. This is not an entry-level or training role — applicants must meet the core requirements listed above to be considered. Please only apply if you have the relevant experience managing a large or flagship store, have successfully led a team of 5 staff, and are confident enforcing policies, driving performance, and taking initiative without the need for micromanagement.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the flagship store
• Ensure adherence to company policies and standard operating procedures
• Drive team performance, motivation, and sales targets
• Maintain a high standard of store presentation and customer service
• Lead with discipline, accountability, and strong attention to detail

Requirements:

• 3 – 5 years of experience managing a large or flagship retail store
• Experience managing a team of 5 staff
• Extremely organised with excellent memory recall
• Strong knowledge of systems and processes, as well as a high level of computer proficiency.
• Excellent knowledge of luxury customer service.
• Able to identify and action issues proactively, without the need for micromanagement
• Strong leadership with the ability to enforce company policies and procedures
• Deadline-driven, reliable, and solutions-focused
• Able to multitask effectively and remain calm under high-pressure conditions
• Confident in managing performance, delegating tasks, and leading by example
