Field Sales Representative

Job description

We’re hiring! Join Volt Africa’s dynamic KZN team as our next Field Sales Representative.

The successful incumbent will be responsible for promoting and selling the company’s digital and print advertising products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
• Build, maintain, and grow strong client relationships
• Perform sales administration

Minimum Requirements:

• Be in possession of a matric certificate or equivalent
• Minimum of five years field sales advertising experience within media/newspaper environment
• Strong market knowledge and insight of SME is a pre-requisite
• Must have proven track record in cold calling & meeting sales targets
• Must have strong administrative skills
• A good understanding of the cross pollination between digital, mobile and print
• Computer literate MS Office (Excel & Word) & Gmail
• Must have own transport, cell phone and a drivers licence is essential
