Safomar Aviation is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Administrator to support our import, export, and supply chain operations. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys coordinating logistics from start to finish.

Key responsibilities include:
  1. Obtaining shipment estimates (import and export)
  2. Coordinating inspections, permits, and dangerous goods packaging
  3. Tracking inbound and outbound shipments
  4. Preparing logistics documentation and capturing invoices on Acumatica
  5. Ensuring Incoterms compliance and accurate landed cost reporting
  6. Liaising with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams

Requirements:
  1. Logistics / supply chain experience
  2. Strong Incoterms knowledge
  3. Excellent organisational and communication skills
  4. ERP and MS Office proficiency
  5. SA citizenship or permanent residency essential
