Who are we looking for
We’re looking for a Campaign Marketing Manager who brings both creative thinking and structured execution.
This is a leadership role suited to someone who is:
- A strong team manager, confident in leading and guiding marketing teams
- Comfortable working with global stakeholders and clients
- Highly methodical and organised, with a natural ability to bring structure to complexity
- A strategic thinker who can translate ideas into well-executed campaigns
- A hands-on campaign owner who has successfully delivered campaigns from concept through to completion
What will you do
You will take full ownership of campaign delivery, ensuring that every initiative is executed to a high standard and aligned to brand objectives.
- Lead and manage end-to-end campaign delivery (strategy through to execution)
- Work closely with global teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment across markets
- Oversee and guide creative, content, and design outputs to maintain brand quality
- Use project management tools to plan, track, and deliver campaigns effectively
- Manage timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables with precision
- Translate strategy into clear, actionable briefs for internal and external teams
- Ensure all campaigns are delivered on time, on brand, and with impact
It will be great if you have:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
- 5 plus years of experience in a Senior Marketing role, with a proven track record of managing multi-layered brand projects and global campaigns.
- Exceptional written communication skills, with experience in research-based content creation or ghostwriting for executives.
- In-depth knowledge of brand management and the ability to coordinate remote teams effectively while maintaining creative integrity
