Who are we looking for: An experienced and highly driven Creative Lead who can take ideas from concept to final execution with minimal supervision. You’re not just a designer- you’re a creative problem-solver who thrives in a fast-moving environment and takes full ownership of your work.

What will you do:

• Lead creative output across campaigns, events and marketing projects
• Translate briefs and ideas into strong, distinctive creative concepts
• Design high-quality presentations, branding, social, digital and marketing collateral
• Ensure projects are delivered on time without compromising quality
• Support and elevate brand presence across content and visuals
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining creative excellence

What will you need:

• 6 + years as a senior brand, digital, campaign designer with strong conceptual thinking and exceptional design execution
• Ability to work quickly, proactively and independently
• High attention to detail, layout, typography and finish
• Excellent organisation and workflow management skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
• Ability to manage feedback, revisions and deadlines efficiently
