Financial Administrator
Responsibilities: • Process accounts payable and receivable transactions • Maintain financial records and ensure all financial data is accurate and up to date • Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports • Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts • Monitor company expenses and handle petty cash • Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to resolve invoice or payment issues • Assist with payroll processing (if required) • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies • Support internal and external audits • Drafting and issuing employee contracts and keeping track of leave reports • Adhoc and Administrative duties Experience and qualification: • Diploma in Accounting or related field. • 1 – 3 years experience in a similar finance or accounting role. • Experience with bookkeeping and account reconciliations.
