Are you a high-performing telesales professional ready to work with major global brands and earn in Pounds £ and Euros € NOT Rands?
We’re hiring experienced, fearless telesales agents to join our growing Johannesburg office and sell advertising and sponsorship across major Sporting and Cultural events across the globe.
What we offer :
- A solid basic salary (R10–15K)
- 12% uncapped commission on all closed sales
- Daily, weekly and monthly performance incentives
- Experience working with the U.K, German and Portuguese markets would be advantageous
- Johannesburg (Fourways) Office-based environment with international exposure
- Remote work available for exceptional candidates only
- Work directly with our UK and Spanish offices in near-identical time zones
- Proven telesales experience in advertising or sponsorship sales
- Experience selling to senior executives or brand directors
- Ability to source your own leads and hit 80–100 quality dials daily
- Fluent English, confident phone manner, strong closing skills
- Hunger to earn R70K+ per month and build an international sales career
- You’re not comfortable cold calling
- You don’t have proven sales experience
- You aren’t driven by results and earnings
- You're not ready to hustle in a high-performance sales environment
