Well established digital printing company, Clarion Printed Products in Epping, Cape Town, invites applications for an experienced skilled Guillotine Operator to set up and operate guillotine machines. Performing manual duties and assist in the maintenance of the machine. . Must be able to demonstrate own initiative in decision-making and problem-solving capabilities. Must have good communication skills and must be computer literate. Must be willing to work over weekends when necessary. Must be based in Cape Town's surrounding areas.
Requirements:
- Must have good working knowledge of guillotine cutter machines with a good eye for detail.
- Cutting of boards and poster and various printed matter to size.
- Be able to follow and execute jobs as per work ticket instruction to required cutting sizes and dimensions.
- Ability to work overtime and in a high pressure environment is essential.
- Previous experience in a Litho Printing Environment will be advantageous but not essential.
