Job description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Managers. It is a couple's position. managers will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, assisting with guest services and ensuring smooth restaurant operations and provide support to the GM's.Requirements
- Leadership, communication and organizational skills
- Experience in hospitality management or related field
- Customer service and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and industry trends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office and restaurant management software.
- Previous supervisory experience is a plus
- A love for the ocean and nature a benefit.
