  • Planning, organisation and implementation of procedures set out by manager
  • Prioritise and liaise with sales department regarding lead times
  • Highlight any operational requirements or issues with manager
  • Keep record of overtime worked, ensuring you have management authorisation
  • Scanning of relevant documents to various people
  • Liaise with manager regarding various challenges
  • Able to learn photography
  • Checking on status of jobs and actioning tasks on sync
  • Accurate redraw of supplied logos, clothing and bag layouts
  • Recreate electronic versions of designs created by design department
  • Creating proposals for prospective clients within acceptable time frame
  • Create Proof according to brief supplied
  • Email proof to relevant representative and their assistants'
  • JPG editing – manipulating skills
  • Get approval or changes from relevant representative via email
  • Do changes and reproof client
  • Get final approval from representative or client
  • Forward artwork to relevant supplier for branding purposes
  • Create positives/negatives for relevant branding supplier
Requirements:
  • Diploma
  • Corel Draw
  • Adobe Suite – Photoshop
