Job description

Requirements:
    • A minimum of 5 years’ sales experience

    • Matric/(Grade 12)

Responsibilities:

    • Meet and exceed sales targets in line with business expectations

    • Correctly utilise, update, and assess all reporting and sales tools, including Salesforce

    • Set and report on monthly and quarterly regional sales goals

    • Update and communicate commissions and earnings with the sales team

    • Complete additional initiatives and meet National Sales Executive expectations

    • Manage the regional sales team in line with agreed KPIs

    • Evaluate staff performance against KPIs, development goals, and objectives

    • Identify and develop new sales opportunities

    • Create, implement, and execute sales strategy for the team, setting aggressive goals for growth across all regions and maintaining a strong sales pipeline

    • Ensure clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service

    • Build and maintain rapport with key customers and identify new customer opportunities

    • Achieve regional sales HR objectives, including recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees
