Role overview: We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated, and results-driven senior direct sales account executive to join our Johannesburg team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving direct sales of our OOH advertising solutions to new and existing clients. As a key member of our sales team, you will leverage your sales expertise to build strong relationships, identify opportunities, and close deals within a competitive market. Key responsibilities:
Ideal candidate: Experience: Minimum of 5-8 years in a sales role, preferably in OOH media, advertising, or a related industry. Hunter mentality: Strong track record of acquiring new clients and closing deals in a competitive sales environment. Self-motivated: Ability to work independently, set priorities, and manage your time effectively. Results-driven: A proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets. Relationship builder: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build long-term, meaningful relationships with clients. Industry knowledge: A solid understanding of OOH media, digital advertising, and marketing strategies. Tech-savvy: Comfortable using OOH ad management platform or software (e.g. DOOHclick, Broadsign, Hivestack) and Microsoft Office Suite. Why Tractor Outdoor?
