Your Role as Store Manager
As the Store Manager, you will take ownership of the store’s overall performance with a strong focus on sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities:
Lead and inspire a team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.
Drive sales performance through effective merchandising, promotions, and upselling.
Monitor KPIs, analyse store performance, and implement action plans to maximise profitability.
Train, mentor, and motivate staff to ensure high levels of product knowledge and customer engagement.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
Maintain an organised, visually appealing, and well-stocked store environment.
Manage stock control, shrinkage, and expense budgets effectively.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:Proven retail management experience (minimum 3 years as a Store Manager/Assistant Manager, preferably in a high-volume environment).
Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
Customer-first mindset with a passion for retail.
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
