dynamic Sales Manager to
lead and grow our
sales team in East London. Do you have a

What you'll do:Lead the East London sales team when you:
- Shape the future of AMC sales in the East London area by mentoring & motivating existing consultants and driving results
- Drive results by training, coaching, motivating and building your sales team
- Conduct training to upskill new and existing sales consultants
- Celebrate wins by hosting recognition and launch meetings for new promotions and incentives
- Use sales reports to plan, and coach your team to success
- Coordinate local AMC Cookware displays with your team to showcase our brand
- Assist sales team where needed, including arranging displays and liaising with support centre
- Conduct sales demonstrations to meet and exceed personal and team sales targets
- Consistently recruit and continue to build your team

What we’re looking for- Minimum required skills:
- Proven direct sales success
- Event organisation skills - e.g. meetings, training, formal social events, sports events
- Admin skills to support sales
- Leadership experience or formal management training
- Existing AMC sales knowledge will be an advantage
- Personal attributes
- A “Can Do” attitude
- Vibrant with strong leadership and interpersonal skills
