We're looking for a Social Media specialist to join and expand our universe. If you're a strategist who can get their hands dirty, a creative genius who also loves a good spreadsheet, and someone who can make a brand pop online, then you might be one of us.
Your daily grindYou'll be the master of our social universe, leading content from a spark of an idea to a full-blown campaign. Here’s a taste of what you'll be doing:
- Own the platforms: You’ll manage our social accounts across all the usual suspects: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Threads, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Write the fire: Craft killer copy that grabs attention and aligns perfectly with each brand's voice.
- Ride the wave: Stay on top of every trend, meme, and new feature so we’re always a step ahead.
- Build the community: Engage with our audiences, respond to comments, and be the friendly face of the brand.
- Create the magic: Design and produce high-performing content, think stunning graphics, scroll-stopping Reels, and clever carousels.
- Strategise and amplify: Help plan and execute social campaigns that make some noise, and manage a content calendar that keeps it all organised.
- Show the receipts: Track the metrics that matter (engagement, conversions, etc.) and deliver reports that show off your hard work and help us grow even more.
Who you areYou're not just a social media specialist; you're a digital alchemist. You've got a minimum of three years of experience turning social media into gold. You also have:
- Strong copywriting skills and a knack for time management, especially when things get intense.
- A brain that's a sponge for new social media trends.
- Deep knowledge of all major social platforms and the foresight to plan campaigns months in advance.
- Creative and innovative thinking, whether you're working solo or collaborating with the team.
- Design skills in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Experience running paid social media campaigns.
- Experience with Social Media publishing tools
Extra points if you...- Can edit short-form video content like a pro (think Reels and TikTok).
- Have experience with influencer marketing.
