Key Account Manager – Motor Dealer Partnerships.

Your Purpose
Drive sustainable business growth by securing and growing partnerships with motor dealerships. Be the connector between opportunity and value, ensuring both Dotsure and our dealer partners succeed together.

Your Mission
Deliver a seamless, high-value insurance experience by:
    • Building trust and long-term partnerships across all dealership levels.
    • Mapping dealership structures to uncover buying centres and partnership levers.
    • Pitching tailored insurance solutions that fit each dealer’s business model.
    • Collaborating across field sales, telesales, ops, and product teams to drive aligned execution.
    • Keeping pipelines, CRM, and dealer profiles up to date while spotting risks and opportunities early.

    • A commercially savvy professional with motor trade experience (preferred).
    • A natural relationship builder who inspires trust and delivers value.
    • A resilient self-starter with sharp communication and planning skills.
    • A team player who thrives on goals, collaboration, and making things happen.

What you will need

    • Own reliable vehicle
    • Able to travel extensively in the Gauteng region and from time to time to the Western Cape and KZN regions
