Job description

Role Overview:
You’ll assist golf clubs, golfers, and partners with technical queries related to our handicap system, website, and app. The role also involves managing basic hardware setups, testing new system features, ensuring data accuracy, and assisting our admin and development teams.

In addition, you’ll play a role in helping to grow and support some of HNA’s brand products, contributing ideas and providing technical input as we continue to expand our digital golf ecosystem.

Requirements

Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of golf and handicapping (essential).

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Proficient in Windows and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Good understanding of basic hardware setup and troubleshooting (e.g., PCs, printers, routers, or network devices).

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Tertiary qualification is beneficial.

Advantageous:
  • Basic web or technical knowledge.

  • Experience with email marketing, social media, or digital product growth.

Previous experience in or connection to the golf industry.
