Fresh is a solutions-based Advertising and Marketing agency on the lookout for a vibrant Digital Account Director. If you are an authentic individual who is passionate about client service and believes in total commitment to what you do - then this role is for you! 

Previous marketing and advertising experience is a must.

Role Overview
As a Digital Account Director, you will act as the central connection between our clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless delivery across integrated campaigns. You will champion through-the-line marketing initiatives, lead end-to-end project execution, mentor and develop team members, and nurture strong, long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead day-to-day client and account management for major clients, ensuring their satisfaction and supporting ongoing business growth.
  • Manage creative approval workflows, serving as a collaborative link between clients and internal teams while maintaining high creative standards.
  • Inspire, guide, and support creative teams across brand strategy, identity, above-the-line, and digital and social content.
  • Build and strengthen client relationships throughout the creative process, offering thoughtful recommendations and strategic direction.
  • Coach and mentor team members, promoting collaboration, professional development, and high performance. 


Experience and Skills
  • Proven experience in client and account management within an agency environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead creative projects and navigate multi-stage approval processes.
A strong portfolio of successful integrated campaigns across a broad range of channels and touchpoints, including:
  • TV, radio, print, OOH
  • Organic social (all platforms)
  • Paid media (META, DV360, programmatic, YouTube ads, etc.)
  • Digital reporting and community management
  • Managing third party production houses and media agencies.
  • Strong financial management abilities, including budgeting, forecasting, and oversight of production costs.
  • Excellent skills in aligning client service and creative teams to ensure clear communication and high-quality output.
  • Experience mentoring and leading teams.
  • A passion for creative innovation, emerging trends, and new technologies.
  • A naturally curious mindset with a strong interest in integrating new channels, data, and technology to enhance consumer engagement.
Knowledge and experience:
  • Tertiary qualification
  • Agency experience (5 – 8 years)
  • Experience in managing high-profile clients and/or large projects (a plus)
  • Monday.com (a plus)
