We’re looking for a bubbly, confident communicator who enjoys speaking to business owners and can engage naturally on calls.
This role is for someone who is comfortable hosting podcast-style conversations, asking good questions, building rapport, and guiding the discussion toward a clear next step. You’ll be responding to inbound enquiries, booking and hosting interview calls, and handing qualified opportunities to the CEO.
This is a performance-driven role suited to someone energetic, reliable, and happy being on calls every day. If you enjoy conversation, can think on your feet, and don’t shy away from accountability, you’ll do well here.
Working Hours
• Monday to Friday
• 09:00 – 15:00 (6 hours per day)

Role summary (read this properly)
This role is a podcast host role combined with inbound lead handling.
You will:
• Respond to inbound calls and emails
• Engage with the lead
• Book the podcast / interview call
• Host the podcast-style call yourself
• Identify interest
• Hand qualified opportunities to the CEO
This is a performance-driven role, not an admin job.
All scripts, questions, calendars, and systems are provided.
What you will be doing (non-negotiable)inbound lead engagement
• Respond to inbound calls and emails
• Call leads where needed to progress the conversation
• Engage professionally using provided scripts
• Book podcast / interview calls
• Manage your own follow-ups
You do NOT generate leads.
You respond to leads that come in.
Podcast / Interview Hosting (core of the role)
• Host short, structured podcast or interview-style calls
• Speak directly with business owners
• Ask guided questions (framework provided)
• Control the conversation
• Identify fit and interest
• Transition qualified opportunities to the CEO
You are not closing deals —
you are hosting, qualifying, and handing over.
Handover and Internal Updates
• Send clear handovers to the CEO
• Update Slack daily
• Keep basic records accurate
How performance is measured
This role is performance-driven.
You will be measured on:
• Speed of responding to inbound leads
• Calls booked
• Podcast calls attended
• Quality of handovers
• Deals influenced and signed
No activity = no upside.
What this role is NOT
• Not admin
• Not data entry
• Not cold calling
• Not sales closing
• Not content creation
• Not a “sit and wait” job

Requirements
• Strong spoken English
• Confident speaking on calls and Zoom
• Comfortable leading conversations
• Reliable, disciplined, and consistent
• Able to follow scripts and structure
• Stable internet and quiet working space
Compensation
• R9,000 base salary (starting)
• 6 hours per day
• 5% commission on closed deals
• Performance review after probation
• High performers can move to higher base / lower commission
