Job description

  • Assist the marketing executive and broader team with managing and executing both organic and paid social media activity across platforms including Instagram, Pinterest, and TikTok, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with marketing objectives.
  • Assist the marketing executive and broader team with creating and scheduling engaging content including image, video, carousel and story posts for social platforms.
  • Assist the marketing executive and broader team with driving community engagement through responding to comments, messages, and mentions to nurture relationships with followers.
  • Assist the marketing executive and broader team with monitoring, analysing and reporting on key performance metrics across digital channels, identifying trends and providing insights for optimisation.
  • Assist with the organisation of the marketing photo drive.
  • Support in creating and executing email campaigns, including copywriting, template design and scheduling, in line with marketing calendars and brand objectives.
  • Assist team in the creation of graphics and banners for use across websites, social and email.
  • Assist internal content creation, including but not limited to the lookbook, build guides and care guides creation.
  • Assist the marketing executive and broader team with outreach and collaboration with influencers, managing relationships, sending products, and ensuring content delivery aligns with campaign goals.
  • Assist with outreach for UGC and collaborations.
  • Assist with blog research and propose new ideas.
  • Work with AI tools for image, video, and text generation to enhance marketing materials and creative production.
  • Assist the marketing executive and broader team with researching new AI developments and propose opportunities to integrate them into the marketing and creative processes.
  • Support the team with larger projects and new areas of growth.
  • Administrative and other marketing support to assist with the efficient running of the department, as and when required.


Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of Adobe software, Lightroom and relevant video editing software (essential).
  • A dynamic and innovative portfolio that demonstrates real potential.
  • Excellent time management skills to meet daily deadlines.
  • Understanding of asset delivery best practices.
  • Positive team player with the ability to collaborate with team members.
  • Highly organised and flexible with great attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently on projects.
  • Experience or familiarity with AI video generation tools (e.g. Runway, Pika, or similar) is advantageous.
