Badger Holdings is looking for a sharp, detail-driven
Payments Clerk to join our Treasury team within the Finance Department in George.
This is a
half-day, 12-month contract, perfect for someone who loves structure, precision, and being part of a high-performing finance team, without the full-day grind.
What You’ll Own- Loading and processing supplier payments accurately and timeously
- Preparing and issuing remittance advice
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date payment records
- Liaising with suppliers to resolve payment queries professionally
- Supporting the bookkeeping team where needed
What You Bring- High attention to detail with strong accuracy
- Well-organised, dependable, and deadline-driven
- Ability to work under pressure
- A team player mindset with flexibility and adaptability
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Computer literacy with experience on accounting systems
Requirements- Basic accounting knowledge
- Previous experience as a Payments Clerk or Creditors Clerk (advantageous)
