1. Accurate and timeous processing of briefs
2. Efficient filing. This includes a summary page for each client
3. Pulling of demographics for proposals
4. Efficient stock control
5. Accurate stock delivery schedule supplied to client / printer / courier
6. Advise client prior to distribution of distribution dates (if one of client requirements)
7. Give feedback to client on completion of distribution (if one of client’s requirements)
8. Quick and effective handling of queries from clients, agents/branches, accounts department, sales executive, regional sales manager etc
9. All administrative deadlines to be adhered to
10. Any decision / action taken to be communicated to relevant account executive
11. Discipline, positive attitude, willingness and dedication to your job
12. Taking accountability
13. Maintenance of client files
14. Efficient compilation of account summaries / spread sheets and submission to relevant persons
15. Efficient administration of HR files / timeous submission to relevant persons
