Job description
Job description duties:- Proactively reach out to existing and potentially new customers to assess their needs and identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
- Manage and update customer data in the Softsure system.
- Research and identify new business opportunities, and follow up on leads generated by marketing campaigns.
- Work closely with the external sales team to provide support and ensure a smooth sales process.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competition to identify areas for improvement.

- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
