Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection and provide accurate information about product features and benefits.
• Meet and exceed sales targets by actively engaging with customers and promoting our products.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
• Maintain a clean and organised sales floor by restocking merchandise, arranging displays, and ensuring product availability.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide up-to-date information to customers.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall sales goals and contribute to a positive team environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail sales experience is a plus, but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to create a positive shopping experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
• Grade 12/N4 equivalent.
