Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with their inquiries or requests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide personalised product recommendations and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our products and services.
• Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions to achieve their shopping goals.
• Actively listen to customers to understand their preferences and offer exceptional customer service throughout their shopping experience.
• Meet and exceed sales targets by utilizing effective sales techniques and providing value-added solutions to customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless customer experience during busy periods and special events.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of experience in a sales role, preferably in a retail environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Strong product knowledge and familiarity with current industry trends.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and experience with point-of-sale systems.
• Grade 12/N4 equivalent.
