Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services
• Maintain a strong knowledge of our products and services to effectively answer customer inquiries
• Actively approach customers on the sales floor to provide assistance and increase sales opportunities
• Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives on a consistent basis
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, while adhering to company policies and procedures
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to maximize customer loyalty and repeat business
• Maintain a clean and organised sales floor, ensuring products are well displayed and easily accessible to customers

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in a sales or customer service role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
• Familiarity with basic technology and point-of-sale systems
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a solution-oriented mindset
