Super Group is still in ongoing discussions to restructure its R3 billion debt and finalise the terms of its proposed R1 billion rights issue. The company said it would also be publishing a circular to shareholders providing detailed information on a rights issue.
"This circular will include information on the group's refocused strategy and the plans to build on the new financial foundation," the group said.
Super Group has said the rights issue would assist restructure and refinance the group by using the funds raised to repay corporate bonds and short-term bank facilities. It has previously indicated that the recapitalisation process should be completed by September.
