Vintage after vintage Fleur du Cap Unfiltered Sauvignon Blanc is adorned with prestigious local and international awards and the new 2008 vintage should be no exception.

The grapes were selected meticulously from terroir-specific vineyards situated in Lutzville, Darling, Stellenbosch, Cape Agulhas and Elgin to capture as much varietal character as possible through the diverse vineyard sites ensuring a fresh yet full-bodied Sauvignon blanc. In the cellar, instead of filtering the wine, more traditional hands-on winemaking practices such as settling, racking and fining were used to preserve all the delicate Sauvignon blanc flavours.
