Titus is no stranger to the South African market, she commenced her career in broadcasting at the tender age of 19 when she interviewed Hugh Masekela and Felicia Mabuza-Suttle for E-News. A year later she had gained credibility within the broadcasting industry and as millions watched she became the youngest news anchor in the country. Her work speaks for itself; in 2008 the SABC bestowed the Best News Anchor Award on her.
In 2005 she added sports reporting to her portfolio and, five years later, she made a conscious decision to focus solely on sports journalism, grabbing the opportunity to master something new. During the 2010 FIFA World Cup, she was one of the only females to be granted a platform during the tournament as the senior radio anchor for Radio 2000. "I decided to focus on sport because it empowers, encourages, gives hope and unifies a nation. I want to be in the forefront of all this action and tell these amazing stories. It is the exact opposite of hard news especially nowadays in the South African landscape where we read more about rape, murder, abuse and the hardship of life."
Titus is currently with SABC Sport, focusing mainly on the Premier Soccer League and the National First Division. She can also be heard on Radio 2000's flagship sports show 'Game on' covering a vast number of sporting codes as the shows anchor.
