The annual awards programme acknowledges service excellence by service providers at each of the organisation's airports and is designed to honour and thank airport stakeholders for their efforts during the year.
Winners were chosen based on the results of both quantitative and qualitative customer perception-based surveys conducted between March and October this year.
Europcar evaluates its service delivery regularly and is constantly establishing new ways to ensure that it understands and exceed its customer's needs and expectations. "After over 30 years in the vehicle rental industry, customer service remains at the core of what we do. We are very proud to receive service excellence awards in no less than three of our country's major airports," said Dawn Nathan-Jones, CEO of Europcar South Africa.
