Harry Brooks Jnr to support Daughtry

Harry Brooks Jnr moved to South Africa from the UK in late 2009. His musical background is based largely in song writing, having co-written Baby Goodbye for Friday Hill and Bad Girl (At Night) for Dave Spoon feat. Lisa Maffia. He has worked with producers like Lee Russell (David Grey, Ryan Adams) and with top Swedish producer Murlyn, who produced hit records for the likes of Jennifer Lopez, Jessica Simpson, Britney Spears, Enrique Iglesias, Madonna, Janet Jackson, Christina Milian, Celine Dion and Sugababes.

Brooks' debut album "5th of April" delivers 12 tracks and has been a labour of love, involving a huge amount of song writing and recording over a substantial period of time. This year, Brooks signed with Sony Music Africa's South African Music division.
