The winners of the 2021 SACSC Retail, Design and Development Awards (RDDA) were revealed this week. Among the category winners were Mall of Thembisa and Rustenburg Mall which both picked up the coveted Spectrum Award which celebrates retail excellence across all disciplines and sectors.

Entrants of the RDDAs are awarded annually for design excellence, innovation and environmental consciousness. This includes in-store design, centre redevelopments, expansions of existing shopping centres and development of new centres.
