We are seeking a skilled fibreglass technician specialising in motorhome panel repairs. The ideal candidate will have mid-level experience and a strong understanding of fibreglass materials, tools, and repair techniques.
You will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged fibreglass panels on motorhomes, ensuring a high-quality finish and maintaining structural integrity.
Responsibilities:- Inspect and assess damaged fibreglass panels on motorhomes.
- Clean, sand, and prepare surfaces for repair.
- Apply fibreglass materials such as resin, gel coat, and matting to damaged areas.
- Use various techniques to repair and shape fibreglass panels.
- Sand, grind, and polish repaired areas to achieve a smooth, high-quality finish.
- Collaborate with team members and management to meet deadlines and ensure exceptional results.
Requirements:- Two+ years of experience in fibreglass repair, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of fibreglass materials, techniques, and processes.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering top-quality work.
- Valid driver’s licence.
