Megyn Kelly departs from NBC News following controversial comments
Adweek reports that NBC News and Megyn Kelly have cut ties.
Both parties have been negotiating Kelly's departure for more than two months, in the wake of her controversial comments during the 23 October 2018 edition of Megyn Kelly Today.
Kelly will be walking away with the remaining $25-30m of the three-year, $69m contract she signed with NBC News in early 2017.
