Mint Hotels appoints Agnes Ntombela as general manager

Mint Hotels has announced the appointment of Agnes Ntombela as general manager.

Ntombela entered the hospitality industry through an administrative role, gaining hands-on experience across front-of-house operations, guest service and back-office coordination, which laid the foundation for her leadership career.

She joined Mint Hotels as hotel operations manager in July 2020 and was promoted to deputy general manager by March 2021, before being appointed general manager of Mint Hotel 84 on Katherine in September 2021.

Agnes’s focus is firmly on progress that involves building strong teams, elevating guests’ experiences and contributing to a brand she has helped shape from its formative stages.
