Adriaan works as a business developer, marketing strategist and digital analyst with Partners in Excellence (P-ie), a startup studio intent on making happiness happen. With P-ie Adriaan gained experience in service design, design thinking, business strategy, web platform administration, sales, client relations management and customer experience analysis.

For four years before joining P-ie Adriaan worker as a GIS Specialist at a research unit within Stellenbosch University where he fulfilled a variety of roles including: doing spatial analysis and cartography for clients, providing training for industry professionals and students, handling marketing, social media and press releases, acting as post graduate coordinator for the department, and lecturing second year GIS practical modules.

With a post graduate degree in Geographic Information Systems and tourism and undergraduate degree in development and the environment, Adriaan has a diverse background that equips him with a unique perspective for innovative problem solving and critical thinking. Driven by the pursuit of knowledge and with the ability to quickly pickup technical skills he is up for any challenge.
