I have 4 + years administrative experience I also have experience in HR as I was working in a office that was responsible for the Recruitment of youth for learnerships. I am very familiar with the Recruitment process from the accepting of applications right down to the appointment phase and induction thereafter.
I am familiar with coordination and the facilitation of on going trading the morning and evaluation of the training at some point we're soley my responsibility.
I found that I work well with all people but my passion is with the youth and giving them hope to be better in the working life through these learnerships programmes has been a joy to me.
