I currently serve as an Account Manager at a Digital Marketing Agency (Aug 2023 – Present), where I act as the primary point of contact for clients and oversee campaigns from briefing through to execution and reporting. My role includes compiling detailed briefs, managing budgets and cost estimates, coordinating with creative teams, preparing presentations and reports, managing stakeholder relationships and ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and within scope. I am also involved in campaign amplifications, copywriting and strategy and planning, while maintaining finance tracking and reconciliation documentation.

Previously, in my role as Sales and Marketing Coordinator (2019 – 2023), I focused on nurturing client relationships, driving advertising sales across print and digital platforms, compiling proposals, supporting marketing initiatives and contributing to overall revenue growth.

Earlier roles in project management, client relations and event coordination strengthened my ability to manage suppliers, oversee budgets, compile reports, coordinate conferences and events, and handle high-volume client communication with professionalism and attention to detail.
