Are you a driven and results-oriented sales leader with a passion for the automotive industry? Our client is looking for a dynamic PreOwned Vehicle Sales Manager to join their dealership and lead their preowned vehicle sales division to new heights!
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the pre-owned sales team to exceed monthly sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional plans.
- Monitor stock levels and manage vehicle inventory efficiently.
- Drive customer satisfaction and retention through exceptional service delivery.
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales staff to maintain a high-performance team.
- Ensure compliance with dealership policies and relevant industry regulations.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Minimum Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a Pre-Owned Sales Management role within a dealership.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and leading successful teams.
- Strong knowledge of the used car market and inventory management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build lasting relationships with customers and team members.
- Valid driver’s license and clear criminal record.
