The decision to move out of the current offices is to draw a line between itself and Angus Robinson's company Brandsh (http://brandsh.com as the two companies were sharing staff, clients and resources.

The discussion to merge or separate occurred late last year and the decision was taken to have two agencies, with two separate staff complements and separate clients.

"The past few years have been an exciting time of growth for both companies, and it's been fantastic sharing this journey with Cerebra. It worked really well for a time and some strong friendships were formed. We wish them all the best in their new space," comments Robinson.

Cerebra has evolved from a one-man consulting show to a client list that includes Samsung Mobile, Toyota, Vodacom, eBucks, GIBS, Microsoft, Touchline and Cell C. According to Mike Stopforth, the company has defined the business of social media in South Africa and laid the foundation for others to compete.

Brandsh has also grown over the past few years and currently has a staff compliment of 25 people. Its clients include Standard Bank, Liberty, JSE, Sandton City, Peugeot, LoveLife, Seacom, DSTV Online, Advtech, IOM and MTN.

The Cerebra 'new' premises are Rochester Place, 173 Rivonia Road, Morningside, Sandton.
