    Go Banting at Gardens bazaar

Lose It!, the magazine on all things Banting, will present its first Banting Bazaar on Saturday, 6 December 2014 in Gardens, Cape Town.
    Go Banting at Gardens bazaar

Banting-friendly food and products will be on sale, both to enjoy there and to take home to stock up for the month - as well as the opportunity to purchase current and back issues of the magazine.

Says Suzy Brokensha, editor of Lose It!, "There's a real need for the Banting Bazaar - it's a great opportunity to get everything you need to live the lifestyle under one roof, as well as to meet with and engage with the suppliers themselves, and other passionate banters. I'm also really excited about food editor Justine Kiggen's cooking demonstration - we get so many requests for that that it's great to be able to offer it as part of the Bazaar. We're very proud of this extension of the Lose It! brand and plan to present the market on a monthly basis from February next year."

The extensive list of vendors at the Banting Bazaar includes (among others), natural farm yoghurt from Curds & Whey, Oryx Desert Salt, Stokkiesdraai biltong, Wilde at Heart, nuts from Montagu, cured meats from Richard Bosman, Tree Nut spreads from ButtaNut, a variety of cheeses from Lancewood, fuel for body and mind from Battle Brews, organic virgin coconut oil from Kapruka, Truth Coffee, South African olive products and olives from Chaloner, and Banting meals from FitChef, The Banting Baker, The Banting Boys, and more.
