The Vic Falls Carnival is Africa’s most exhilarating music and adventure festival and returns in 2022 for a once-in-a-lifetime experience, bigger and better than ever. It offers an incredible setting, a music-hungry crowd mixed with local and international music-fans and boasts a lineup that showcases the best talent from around Africa.
For the past nine years, the Vic Falls Carnival has always taken place over the New Year period. However, for the 2022 edition, the organisers have reformatted the event, and it will now take place from Friday, 29 April 2022 to Sunday, 1 May 2022.
The 10th Edition Carnival will kick off celebrations with DJ Maphorisa and Kabza De Small, who will open the three-day carnival with the best in live Afro beats and Amapiano tunes.
On the second night, ‘Jerusalema’ hitmaker Master KG and a host of other top artists and performers will take to the stage for the Electric Safari Experience.
The carnival will end off with a Secret Picnic Bush Party. Revellers can expect laid-back vibes with various live acts on the day as well as delicious local cuisine and craft brew.
Limited early bird tickets, VIP and VVIP tickets are on sale now, while general tickets will go on sale from 2 November 2021 or when early bird tickets sell out.
