Interactive Intelligence SA sells support service division to KEW ICT Outsourcing

Interactive Intelligence South Africa, a global provider of cloud services for customer engagement, communications and collaboration, has sold its support service division in South Africa to KEW ICT Outsourcing. KEW ICT Outsourcing is a South African Level 1, 100% black-owned company that provides information communication and technology services.

The transaction was vendor financed over three years for an undisclosed amount. Per the terms of the agreement, KEW will be Interactive Intelligence SA's strategic services partner, fulfilling onsite support requirements for its customers, which include many blue chip companies in the private and public sectors. KEW employs approximately 15 people at its Johannesburg, Durban and Cape Town operations.
