Vodafone will not be renewing their contract as sponsor of the Australian rugby team. The mobile telecommunications company, which sponsored the Wallabies for six years to the tune of R35m a year, has expressed anger at the fact that the naming rights sponsorship deal did not extend to international events, such as last year's World Cup, where they were shut out by rival Telstra.
